All you have to do is to contact one of the EFN correspondents in charge of organizing the lectures (listed below) and to negotiate a date and title for the lecture.
Depending on the speaker, the location and the subject of the lecture, the organizer may be asked to provide some audio-visual equipment (a computer and video-projector for a PowerPoint presentation, a screen and a microphone).
